1. Information You Provide

Depending on how you use Meno, you may provide a profile name, avatar, portrait uploads, selected styles, prompts, chat messages, saved favorites, event registration choices, purchase-related status, and support messages. If you upload a portrait, you are responsible for having permission to use that image.

2. Information Created by App Use

We may process app activity such as selected themes, AI Studio settings, token balance changes, synthesis status, device language, approximate region, feature clicks, error logs, and timestamps. This helps us run the app, remember your preferences, prevent misuse, and improve reliability.

3. AI Synthesis Processing

When you use AI Studio, Meno processes the portrait or visual input you choose, the selected visage source, intensity settings, prompt context, and output settings. This processing is used to generate the requested masquerade image, show progress, deliver the result, and keep the service secure.

We do not sell your portraits. We do not use your portrait uploads to identify you across unrelated services. We do not collect extra personal information through AI synthesis beyond what is needed for the feature, safety, troubleshooting, and account continuity.

4. How We Use Information

• Provide galleries, favorites, events, chats, profiles, and AI-generated creative outputs.
• Operate token balances, paid features, and purchase restoration where available.
• Detect spam, abuse, unsafe prompts, account compromise, or technical failures.
• Respond to support requests and communicate important service notices.
• Understand aggregated product performance without exposing individual private content.

5. Sharing

We may share limited information with service providers who help us host data, process images, deliver notifications, provide analytics, handle support, or complete purchases. These providers may use the information only to perform services for Meno. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or during a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

6. Public and Social Features

If Meno offers public showcases, event entries, invitation walls, or shared collections, content you choose to publish may be visible to other users. Do not publish content that you want to keep private. You can choose not to participate in public features.

7. Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our terms. AI inputs and generated outputs may be retained for a limited period for delivery, history, troubleshooting, and safety unless you delete them or request deletion where available.

8. Your Choices

You may update profile details, delete saved creations where the app allows, avoid uploading portraits, decline optional permissions, or contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy help. Some requests may be limited by law, security needs, or technical requirements.

9. Children

Meno is not intended for children under the minimum digital consent age in their region. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children who are not allowed to use the service. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so you should use caution when uploading images, sharing event entries, or sending messages.
